Bupa rewards and ihi Bupa
Bupa rewards and ihi Bupa are CRM systems designed to engage with Bupa members via email and allow for the feedback and response data to be analysed and compared over time.
My work on this system included updating content for new campaign years, building mobile pages to accompany their larger desktop-orientated brethren, and update functionality in the admin area to allow new ways of looking at the data. Part of this involved optimising SQL queries that were identified as bottlenecks in the application and shaving off considerable amounts of time in some areas.
